Party

Yesterday was Halloween, and what's Halloween without a party? Not Fun.  So I invited some friends over and we partied.  We did a door-to-door Scavenger Hunt, watched Disturbia, scary stories, and a few slept over.  It was awesome.  Oh and don't forget the trick-or-treating with out snow!! It was seriously weird that there wasn't any snow and it was the perfect temperature.  I had Emily, Shelby, Jerie, Cierra, Chippy, Shannon, Karlie, Challis, and Taylor over.  Shelby, Jerie, Cierra, and Chippy were the only ones that could actually stay the night, but the others didn't leave until like midnight.  While we were having fun Connor and Preston were outside trying to scare the little trick-or-treaters.  Then they went and got candy.

Pumpkins

On Friday Stu and Becky came over and we carved some amazing pumpkins.  We went to Dr. Slaughters House of Terror which is a haunted house put on by D.A.R.E. which wasn't scary to me but according to my mom, Preston, and Connor was.  Preston came over afterwords with us and carved his home grown pumpkins.  It was really fun.  My mom carved two pumpkins with smiley faces, Connor carved the cutest smiley face, my dad carved sponge bob, Stu and Becky carved a crazy smiley face, and I carved a retarded graveyard thing from what I call a cheat sheet.  My dad took out the roto-zip thingy to carve his. In the end they were all sweet.

Halloween

On Wednesday and Thursday I helped out with Boo at the Zoo.  It was so much fun, even though I got attacked with a hammer by a kid and was sick of kids by the end of it.  I never knew how much stuff was put into this kind of stuff before I helped out.  I thought of it to be a little thing where little kids came to get candy, but it took two weeks of preparation to be ready.  There are like hundreds of real and plastic pumpkins.  We all had to carve pumpkins for about six hours to get all the way done and there were like thirty people.  Then there were blow up figures and a bunch of lights shaped like pumpkins and ghosts.  The event thing was open from 5-9 and just in the first hour there were 990 or so people through the gate, then there were 800 people per hour from 6-9.  It was seriously AMAZING.
